    I’m about 40 pounds overweight and am looking to start the beginner running program on the runner’s world website. It starts out slow a d works up to running for 30 mins.

    My question was… Has anyone gone from a sedentary activity level to running regularly and lost weight? I’m looking for motivation here… 🙂
