  1. Hello, great article. I think active lifestyle is the key to maintain healthy sperm count. Anyhow, few days back I saw a video on Youtube in which they were showing an easy method to identify if your sperm quality is good or bad. I do not have a video link but they asked to put the sperm in a water half filled mug and if the sperm sinks to the surface of mug then your sperm quality is good and if it floats on the uppe surface, it means quality is good. Is it right? Can we check the sperm quality like this?
