    Title really says it all. I used to own a weight set but now I don’t so I don’t know what all I can do. I know the basics like push ups, sit ups, squats, V sits, side raises, calf raises, plank, blah blah blah. My main concern is my chest and arms, which I almost always used weights for and now I don’t know what to do.
