Described as reserved, modest, discriminating, analytical, and industrious, Virgos are some of the most internal people around. On the outside they may appear calm, cool, and collected but the insides of a Virgos head is anything but. If you need something done, and done right, call a Virgo. Since being the perfectionist workers of the zodiac, Virgos minds are like the energizer bunny. They are always thinking what has to be done, and how to do it, and on and on. Also, because of your constant knowing and thinking, you are one of the healthiest signs in the zodiac; doing almost anything to be in tip top shape. The flip side of this is you over due it and can take a trip to negative town quite easily Virgo; becoming a hypochondriac and then disturbing your nerves which effect everything else in your body. For you fitness is important, but the Virgo mind needs to calm down a little bit to make things truly happen.


                FITNESS: You enjoy fitness to an extreme. You feel that your body is a temple and it should be treated like one. For this reason, you are always in good health, if you do not take it to the    extreme. For you the best fitness program will be one involving yoga and deep meditation (so that you can calm your nerves) and perhaps a little kick boxing or boot camp training (to get out your extra nervous energy). Hopefully, because of the high intelligence level of a Virgo, you  might have already figured this out.

                DIET: This, and your skin care, is what should truly be focused on for Virgos. Even though, most of you are health nuts any way, the way you go about keeping health is the issue. Popping vitamins left and right for a just in case factor is what a Virgo is known for. As I said above, you are the ultimate hypochondriac and this nervousness brings on more issues than necessary. Your nervous nature tends to work against you in the form of your digestive system. Prone to aliments involving the stomach, intestines, and bowels fried and spicy foods are out of the question.  Virgos need a lot of a mineral by the name of potassium sulphate. This mineral is included in green leafy veggies, whole wheat and whole grain breads, oats, almonds, cheese, oranges, bananas, lemons, and lean beef. Also, using honey as a sweetener substitute will help.This mineral is known for bringing more oxygen to cells, regulating oils in the body, and is   essential for muscle contraction. Also, a loss of this mineral causes the skin to start to flake and peel which leads me on to my next subject; Virgos and skin care.

                SKIN CARE: You out of all the other signs have an affinity for allergies and skin conditions.  Due to, yet again, your nervous nature development of hay fevers, asthma, eczema and psoriasis are very common for the Virgo skin. For you, make sure to have a moisturizing product is essential. In my opinion, and to ease the worries of your Virgo mind, all natural ingredients in skin care products to help moisturize and hydrate your skin would work best. This is because all natural products work with the body’s natural rhythm to solve issues from the inside out; so no harsh   side effects, only good skin.                 Virgos, I just have to make one statement and then I will leave you to get to your very busy day: If, and when, you learn to control you’re worrying and nervous nature most of all these problems will be nonexistent. Make sure to take time out of your day Virgo to mental turn off. The results will amaze you and help you be the best that you can be in anything.
