  1. I just got some flab that is rather unattractive! How can I lose it fast (SCHOOL!) but without killing myself? I don’t have time to do alot of excersise, but I am active enough to stay healthy, just not enough to lose any weight. 10-20 Pounds would be perfect. OH YEAH! I am 5’6” and 148 pounds. OH also, my stomach muscles bulge out making my stomach look bigger, unless I suck it in, how do I make it go away? Thanks, y’all!!! OH AND I KNOW MY BMI IS NORMAL< BUT IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE IT!!
