    its about school food safety and nutrition.

    and its suppose to discous advise on healthy foods to consider in order to promtote better health, advise on how to perserve lunch foods to protect them against disease, and it has to inlucde a policy regarding peanuts in the school a “no food sharing policy,” with reasons…

    im so confused and i have no idea how to start my introduction… any advise and pointers would be great!

    I’m an 18 year old girl, 5’6.5 and weight about 180lbs. So yes, I know I’m overweight and I wanted to know there are any safe and healthy ways to lose 20lbs quickly. My goal is to lose 40-45lbs but I don’t want to overwhelm myself so 15-20lbs would be fine for now.
