  1. I’m psyching myself up to get my butt off the couch and get moving, but I need to make room in my schedule for exercise. I have time in the morning, but when I used to work out an hour after lunch I noticed a more rapid weight loss, and seem to tone and build muscle faster.. Is it my imagination, or has anyone else noticed this.

    (working out in the evening is out of the question, it makes me hyper and I can’t sleep at all)

  2. Im 20 and 14 stone. Would there be rapid weight loss? Is it bad for you to do so much running i.e. knees. All help appreciated.
