  1. I am male 5’6″ and weigh around 90Kgs. I have to reduce 20 kgs. I am trying to achive it by diet and threadmill excercise. I did for one month almost but I could reduce only 1Kg. Please give me tips to reduce weight in faster pace. i did calorie dificit diet with 20 mins powerwalk 4 days a week for a month. but not able to achive a good measure of result.

    Please help.
