    I am almost 45 years old, work 7 days a week for minimum wage and seem to be going nowhere. I’m not feeling sorry for myself, but sometimes I have to wonder if there’s not an easier way?

    hi, i can sort of relate but, i’d be lying if i said i totally related. i am a food addict but, i’m not a huge binge eater if that makes any since. I do binge sometimes and when i do it’s bad, i’m talking eating til’ my stomach hurts but, that only happens every few months but, it is taking me a long time to get my food life under control, i know all the right thngs but, have a tough time doing them so, i say that to say that some of these things take time. 13 days is progress dont think it isnt

    I understand completely. I have this store on the way home from my work. Not many people know this, but there I would buy chips and whoopie pies — I haven’t had any since I started my new eating plan, but I still drive by there, and know that I can’t stop there. The great thing is that you can see this, and you know your triggers, and you just need to make sure you prepare next time! You can do this!
