    @aleterra Then you eat a lot of plant based foods or plant based foods higher in protein. I hope you do not presume to say that there are no Vegan body builder because there are! Why men body build to such extremes I’ll never know. Looking like a lumpy sausage is NOT attractive & if you’re a women being all flat chested and on steroids is just plain disgusting. Such extreme effort is better served elsewhere.

    @buster27 You can choose your own diet. Just stay away from animal products and try to eat raw foods. Find something you like.
