  1. I am a dancer and i always crack my hips and knees. I also have a very bad habit of cracking my fingers. i crack them like every 20-30 mins. And my ankles also but not as much. SOmetimes i crack my elbows and things too but not half as often. I sometimes crack my back then after it will hurt.
    What does all of this do to my body?
    Does cracking your back give you back problems?
    Does cracking Your Fingers give you arthritis?
