    I have had sinus infections for the past four years. At least twice a month my throat swells or becomes itchy, my ear becomes swollen or will leak, my neck becomes stiff, and I get headaches. My dr put me on medicine but I didn’t really feel comfortable taking a pill every day and would often forget to take it. (Yes I know that was my fault). Currently I use Benadryl to help, but I would rather use a more preventive method. Does anyone know of a medicine that helps prevent sinus infections that you don’t have to take every day?

  3. I have been using Cayanne pepper, but it gives me skin rash, and also Garlic, but garlic drops my blood pressure too low(I have low blood pressure to begin with)…and ginger upsets my stomach… so what can I use other then these 3 that I have already tried?

    Cayenne pepper is the best. I have a teaspoon of cayenne pepper a day and I love to sprinkle it on my avocado. I was just reading an article not too long ago about cayenne pepper and its benefits on the heart. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Karen.

  9. To curb drinking sodas, I usually put two 500 mg 180,000 heat units of cayenne pepper and ginger capsules in 16-24 oz. bottled juice (apple, orange, etc.) I? do this as much as 5 days a week. It even creates the burn sensation you get from drinking sodas!

  10. I take cayenne Tincture now, I took powder for weeks but tincture does me better! Cayenne is the best HERB OUT THERE, the starter to all, believe that.

  11. i use it in a glass of v-8 juice with omega 3 oil and grapeseed oil and drink it every morning empty stomach wait an hour b4 eating. i cant take it any other way. i know its working i must stand for 30 seconds before sitting lol!
