I have recently discovered my lower back is weak. I injured it, not seriously, but i strain a muscle in my lower back while doing Deadlifts.

Anyway, i’v taken enough time out to heal and recover, and now im ready to train again.
I was wondering, what is the safest way to strengthen my lower back muscles?
