A great way to detox your body is juice fasting. Juice fasting is becoming very popular these days.   2. My husband and I are starting a juice fast in a week (we’re morbidly obese and we’re using this week to cut out the sodas & coffee so we don’t suffer so badly)…I would like to know the best tips for feeling full so that we’re not tempted to cheat!
    We’ve been doing at least one meal as a juice since a week ago. I’ve lost 15 pounds, he’s down 6 (but he was drinking beer up until yesterday).
    Any helpful guidelines or hints would be appreciated!

    My mom recently had 9 mammograms and a chest X-ray all within 2 months. The technician had problems inserting the wires for a lumpectomy and repeatedly subjected my mom to mammograms. (He was reading the X-ray results incorrectly). As a result, she had at least 7 mammograms in 1 day, plus the original one in November which revealed the problem, then a density test to confirm the problem. My question is, how can you rid your body of the radiation? I know it is not safe to have that much radiation in a short amount of time.
