  1. If we don’t eat organic real food, live food, we will not have enzymes and probiotics to break down food – thus acid reflux, allergies, abdominal distention, illness, inflammation, poor health. EAT REAL FOOD, AND USE SUPPLEMENTS WHEN NECESSARY. Eat move, and be healthy!

  2. that is an amazing video!i have a lot of food sensitivity, including glutamate that i suspected a long.
    I will take your advice and cut all food i am alergic ( the are a lot) 🙁
    Even bananas and pineapples 🙁
    One think is strange in the exame, i have alergy to lactose but not yogurts. Is it safe to eat them?
