Start with fastening a resistance band to a door. Now grip foam handles. Keep palms face downward. The hands should be shoulder-width apart. Step back until the band is taut. Kneel on one knee and lean forward in a way that your stomach touches the raised knee. Now pull the handles down and contract your back. Take care to follow the band’s natural upward motion. Pull again and go back to the starting point. Perform three sets of 10 repetitions. Take a 60-second break between each sets.
