What You Never Knew About Female Ejaculation?

Female ejaculation, is it real or perhaps just a golden shower? I have asked many men, of all ages, if they have had a partner who ejaculates when she orgasms? I have discovered that more men in their 20’s are likely to say yes and mature males in their 40’s are least likely to have experienced female ejaculation with their partner. Mostly guys will say that they have only seen female ejaculation when they have watched a porn film.
Some people have the conception that men are the only ones who can ejaculate but that is truly not the case – female ejaculation is also possible. A woman can ejaculate during sex and achieve amazing orgasms during or after. Female ejaculation also known as spurting or gushing can be achieved by any woman of any age. Secret: she only needs to be relaxed and comfortable during the sexual act or when she or her partner is stimulating her g-spot.
There is a lot of controversy about female ejaculation, however female ejaculation is real and with practice every women can experience intense and emotional all-body orgasm with ejaculation.

Facts About Female Ejaculation
Does a female have the sexual anatomy to ejaculate?
At human conception and up to eight weeks gestation, all human foetal development, male and female, begin life with female genital characteristics. At eight weeks gestation the male foetus, Y chromosome activates and begins to produce its own male hormones and male genital characteristics. Only then does the physical development of the male and female foetus change.
This means that the tissue that awakens at eight weeks gestation into the male prostate gland, is already present in the female foetus. Does it now make sense that the female anatomy has a prostate gland also? Female ejaculation is not urine. FE is actually near the exact chemical makeup as prostatic fluid; minus the sperm. The female prostate is also known as the female g-spot.
Every woman can ejaculate, small or large quantities and open to FE at her own pace. It is recommended that adult females learn to ejaculate on their own at first. Once a woman has successfully ejaculated by herself, then she will have more success ejaculating with a partner. Here are some reasons why a woman may have difficulty learning to ejaculate.
(a) A Strong PC Muscle
A women cannot ejaculate if she has weak PC muscles. The PC muscle is a long muscle that supports the pelvic floor between the pubic bone and the coccyx. A loose vagina is not a sign that a woman has slept around, it just means that her PC muscles are weak from lack of exercise. Successful female ejaculation will not be achieved until her PC muscles are tightened and strengthened. If her vagina feels loose during intercourse, that’s a sure sign that she needs to do PC muscle exercises.
(b) Her attitude towards ejaculation
Letting go and allowing the body to ejaculate is very difficult for most women to master. A woman will have a hard time ejaculating if she is afraid she is going to urinate on her partner or if she is unsure whether her partner may enjoy the experience.
(c) Deep-seated sexual issues
Awakening the G-spot can bring up all kinds of emotional issues for a woman. It is not uncommon for a woman to shut down abruptly once she begins learning to open to female ejaculation. Past negative messages and sexual assault can close down a woman’s capacity to express emotions, love and intimacy, therefore making it hard for her to allow her body to open up, surrender and trust sexually.
Female Ejaculation FAQs
Are female body fluids harmful to your health if you accidentally swallow them? Can women ejaculate? Is female ejaculate the same as urine? In the following paragraphs, you can find the answers to these questions and more on how you can pleasure a girl.
(1) Are female body fluids harmful if you accidentally swallow them?
Many women secrete quite large amount of body fluids during sex, especially if they are highly aroused for an extended period of time and/or experience female ejaculation. These fluids are a normal and natural part of women’s lives. There is nothing that is inherently bad or harmful about them.
(2) What is the difference between female prostate and male prostate?
When we begin life as a fetus in our mother’s womb, we are all physically female. It is only around the 8th week of gestation that the fetus starts to develop either male or female sexual organs. This means the tissues that eventually develop into the male prostrate gland, are also present in women. This results in woman having a prostrate gland too, which is also called paraurethral or Skene’s glands. While the male prostate wraps around the urethra (urine passage), the female prostrate lies inside the wall and along the length of the urethra.
(3) Can women ejaculate?
As explained above, yes they do. Within the prostrate gland, there is a very highly sensitive area, commonly known as g-spot. Sexual arousal and/or g-spot stimulation causes blood to rush into the tissues surrounding the prostrate, the pressures place on the vaginal wall and the contraction of the pelvic muscles can cause fluid to seep out through her body. This occurrence is what is commonly known as female ejaculation.
Female ejaculation is a voluntary action, therefore she has no control over it and the volume of ejaculate can vary from woman to woman. The female prostrate will continue to produce fluid for as long as a woman is sexually aroused. Therefore she can produce more than 0.2 to 2.0 ounces of ejaculate if multiple releases of fluid occur when the female prostrate is being filled up and emptied at a quick rate. This will also mean the longer a woman’s orgasm lasts, the more she will ejaculate. This explains why in certain instances, a woman can produce large volume of ejaculate.
(4) What is the difference between female ejaculate and urine?
The confusion over female ejaculate and urine is due to conflicting research results to determine the source(s) of female ejaculate. Some research concludes it is only fluid from the female prostrate while other research says it is mostly liquid from the bladder with trace amount of fluid from the female prostrate.
While we are unable to determine the source(s) of the female ejaculate, one thing for sure, is there is clear difference between the female ejaculate and urine though they share common substances. Some of these common substances PSA, PAP and PSAP (components of female prostatic fluid) are at a higher concentration in the ejaculate than in urine.
The female ejaculate can vary over time and during a single sexual encounter in terms of color, smell, taste and volume. Menstrual cycle can influence the type of fluid being secreted. What you eat and how much you drink can also have an effect on it. In small quantities, it may look mucous-like having a clear, milky, or yellowish coloration with a possible distinct scent that is musky or pungent. But when the fluid increases in volume and becomes clear there is no longer any detectable smell. Some women claimed it sometimes looks and smells like urine which is most likely to happen when a woman tries too hard to ejaculate.
(5) How to stimulate the g-spot?
The most obvious way is to use own fingers or your partner’s. If the partner is the one doing the stimulation, make sure, his/her fingernails are trimmed and lubricant to be applied on the fingers. Start out by getting her aroused with manual and/or oral clitoral stimulation.
Curl one or two fingers, with the palm facing up and enter 2 inches from her opening. Start massaging the upper and front vaginal wall towards the pubic region with a very light touch. In order to maximize her pleasure, ask her (the person getting the stimulation) to guide you to a specific spot or area that produces intense or enjoyable sensations when being stimulated.
When you sense she is getting closer to orgasm, apply a firmer touch, if she enjoys it. Continue doing this in a constant and steady rhythm until she reaches orgasm. Then switch to a very light caressing touch as she comes down from her orgasm. If she experiences multiple orgasms, her orgasms and ejaculations may become more intense, and the amount of ejaculation may correspondingly increases. If she orgasms with your fingers inside her vagina, her vaginal muscles may squeeze them very tightly, do not pull out, but press in gently. During lovemaking, the best positions to stimulate the g-spot are the doggie and the woman-on-top.
If one of your hands (or his/her) hands is busily stimulating the clitoris, it may limit access to the vagina with the other hand. Therefore in addition to fingers, you can use a dildo. The most effective dildos are those that are curved near the tip called g-spot stimulators and the penis-shaped type. Many women prefer hard plastic or glass dildos. Others are contented with improvised dildos such as cucumbers, brush handles, mirror handles, etc. Some prefer a slim dildo that directs at a specific area within the vagina but others enjoy having their vagina to be filled and stretched to the maximum by a large dildo. If you are seriously considering using a dildo, it is advisable to keep a collection of her favorites and a special one. As a woman’s mood and needs change, so will her dildo needs.
Females…How to Self-ejaculate?
It can take some practice, to learn how to tease and arouse the female prostate and vagina to awaken the female body to the experience of vaginal orgasms that are accompanied by female ejaculation. G-spot and vaginal orgasms aren’t nearly as common as clitoral orgasms, so it may take patience to find and connect with the G-Spot.
i miss getting g-spot for myself. my husband is bad lover. i suggest you this. i read a lot about sex so know few things. this is advice to all husband who dont know well. Well, i don’t know much, but i’m pretty sure that this method will work. The major point that starts the G-spot. The g-spot can be found by inserting your finger about an inch into her vagina. The G-Spot is an enlarged area. Start off by getting warmed up with some foreplay. if you use your tongue to stimulate her clitoris and stimulate her nipples with your hand, that should warm her up well. Now, to stimulate the g-Spot you should stick two fingers into her well lubricated vagina and rub her G-Spot. pray to god that my husband also make love to me like other do.
i dont think it is that common as shown in adult movies. i tried it many times when my bf insisted it never worked for me.
I dont know but i always urinate after sex. its not controlled by me thats why we use plastic sheet but the sound of sheet is no-turner.
Yes I agree with this post. Its definitely not urine as one of my friends told me some time back. Urine that gushes out during squirting passes through the urethra and can pick up some fluid secreted from the periurethral glands, which is why it often is found to have PSA. But that doesn’t mean it’s not urine. It has been confirmed both by chemical analysis and by ultrasound that the fluid that comes out during squirting is urine from the bladder. Female ejaculation doesn’t have any of the urea, creatinine, or uric acid found in urine.
OK, so I had sex with my boyfriend, two weeks ago, and I squirted everywhere… I didn’t even know I did it, he just said .. no that wasn’t me. ahh! it was so embarrassing, after reading stuff on the net, I realize it was female ejaculation. OK so, now I’ve had sex a few more times since then, and it seems I’m doing it every time! It makes a mess everywhere, and my boyfriend is grossed out by it, which is making me really self conscious. I went to the doctors because I feel like something is wrong with me. She said everything is fine with me… no infection, nothing.! On the internet, it seems guys really like it, and some women want to know how to do it. I read somewhere, that once you learn how to do it, you can’t “un-learn”.. well this makes me want to cry right now. I don’t want to do it! Esp, if my man is grossed out! It makes a mess everywhere, I hate this. My orgasms, aren’t any different, so what’s the deal? help me, I want to stop this right away. It’s going to make me not want to have sex, and I love my boyfriend… please any advice.. thanks
Good article indeed. I had part time stint in porn and know how porn movies fake it. Do not believe them. yes we do ejaculate but not so regularly as shown in porns. Ejaculation comes from the parurethral glands located in the paraurethral sponge that surrounds the urethra – thus ejaculate comes from the urethra. The fluid is glandular in fluid so more like water, it can some out as a small trickle or a big ‘squirt’ – in porn this is often faked by good camera angles and a hose, or asking the woman to urinate instead. Some people do argue that female ejaculate is urine but this isn’t the case, the paraurethral sponge is erectile tissue so when aroused it closes off the urethra from the bladder (you may notice when aroused or after sex it’s more difficult to urinate, this is why), the fluid has some similarities to urine but is different to urine. I tasted both sides so can tell it can be urine or vagina nectar but real squirts tastes different.
I have a question about female ejaculation (gushing/squirting)? Do women ejaculate when they’re having a g-spot orgasm, before or after? I can have g-spot orgasms but they aren’t usually accompanied with gushing (I gush not squirt). When I was younger I used to think I peed on myself but I noticed later that it’s not pee. The ejaculation seems totally random, I don’t even know when it’s going to happen. It seems to happen the most when I’m getting a combined clitoral and g-spot orgasm… I’m trying to get over the idea that it’s NOT pee but I keep thinking it’s pee and that’s why I don’t ejaculate as often as I could.
Every woman can ejaculate, it’s an extra surge of fluid that can either be a small trickle or large spray that can happen before, during or after orgasm. A lot of women think they cannot ejaculate, often they do without realizing as only a small trickle can just feel like a change in wetness and wet patch on the bed, when the term ‘ejaculate’ suggests some raging geyser so they expect something more spectacular. Ejaculation feels like a need to pee during sex, some women when they get this feeling they stop focusing on pleasure and start trying to hold in the pee, it ruins pleasurable sex and stops them ejaculating which was possibly something they were trying to achieve. For women who want to ejaculate g-spot stimulation is often the best way to achieve ejaculation as this is the area of the urethral sponge so will make the area swell, but everyone has their own special way of responding to stimulation – it’s fun to keep trying if initial attempts don’t work. Female ejaculate wasn’t known about until fairly recently, some people still deny it’s existence, and because female ejaculate comes from the urethra, the same place as urine, then a lot of people wrongly think it is urine – note women like men cannot pee easily when sexually aroused. Female ejaculate comes from the urethra sponge or specifically the paraurethral glands surrounding the urethra, the fluid is glandular in nature, what research has been done agrees that female ejaculate is not urine because it does not come from the bladder, but exactly what it is like is clear – it is clear, with no scent or a musky smell, and it can taste salty. I know I have ejaculated at least once, I trickle rather than squirt, the fluid was clear, musky and felt a little oily, I can also say I wish I had let go and enjoyed it earlier as the orgasms that accompany ejaculation are deeper and more powerful. The orgasm was so powerful I hadn’t realized I had ejaculated, my boyfriend however confirmed this as he was soaked. I slept with a woman once who ejaculated what seemed like huge amounts like a fountain that occurred with little stimulation, according to her female ejaculation is more widely experienced in the lesbian world. This suggests to me a need for more communication within heterosexual couples to help women reach ejaculation – that’s not an anti-male comment, more a comment against social taboos and self-esteem issues that restrict women’s sexuality, and the poor level of sex education in schools which teaches us biology but not how to have sex.
What does woman ejaculation taste like? Can I make my husband taste it? if the taste is better than my vaginal fluid..may be then he starts licking me more.
hi, wow very good information.I had never heard this before. This seems to be giving loads of pleasure. I will definitely try to explore this factor. Thanks a lot healthise, you rock.
