* Yoga for Weight Loss: Yoga offers an excellent way to include holistic exercises into your fitness program. These exercises will not just help you lose weight, but will also help your overall health and well-being.

* Post Exercise Diet: After exercises do not drink cold liquids. This period is key as you are trying to increase the metabolic fire in your cells so they burn more calories and drinking cold liquids at this time will negate this important benefit which exercise bestows.

5. Sleep Guidelines for Weight Loss

No napping or going to bed early. If you want to reduce Kapha and weight remember you burn more calories when you are awake and being active, than when you are happily snuggled under the blanket.

    How is smoking harmful to the lungs? Does the hot air from the smoke actually sear/burn the lining of the lungs? At what temperature does this take place? If someone is using a Vaporizer to Vaporize the tobacco and say they set it at 360 Degrees Farenheight, would this be hot enough to sear the aveoli? Does it burn the lining of the lungs?
    I should of asked “How healthy is it to use a Vaporizer”. Vaporizers smoking isn’t actually smoking at all since the tobacco never burns or combusts. Super heated air blown past the tobacco is hot enough to vaporize the product so all you get is the drug and not the carbon monoxide or tar.

  3. I am on the ali weight loss system, and i have gained 3 pounds. i’ve been following it religiously, and been working out hardcore… i don’t understand. plus i have been taking a laxative once a day, and a water gain pill….. I want to know some of your experiences and tips.

I currently weigh 190 wear a size 14 and im 5’7..i just had my 3rd baby 1 month ago.i wanna lose weight as quickly as possible. i just purchased the billy blanks elite boot camp dvd collection. i need some tips. what meal plan should i stick with? eating 3 melas a day,more protein,little meals throughout etc? how often should i do the dvd workout each day and how many days a week to see weight loss? are there any safe effective weight loss meds like slimquick that i could use? what about drinking green tea? also,i wanna get to 150 lbs..how long do u think it will take working out and eating right? please answer as much as u can,thanks =)

  5. I know that they aren’t necessarily good for you. But I would just simply like to lose 10 pounds quickly. I am 18, an athlete, have mostly toned muscle but some areas (thighs and “love handles”) I would like to lose a bit.
    I obviously work out a lot but I just have trouble losing weight on my own.

    I would like to find one without caffeine if possible. I just want to know what will work quick, and safely. Thank you!

    Im 15 and a girl and I’m 5’7″ and I weigh 162 lbs. I want to be 120-130 pounds. I have something coming up in a little less than 2 months and I really want to lose the weight. I want to lose maybe 45 by june as well. Is it safe to lose that much in 2 months. If you have tips could you please tell me?
