I looking for a single yoga exercise to clear the brain fog when I wake up in the morning, as mine lasts for several hours. Would this be the best SINGLE yoga exercise to learn? I’m 71 and workout 6 days a week, but with weights, aerobics and stairs as I need lively music to keep me motivated. Thanks for your very clear instructions.

Sun Salutation B Contains Chair pose or Utkatanasana aswell as warrior pose on both your left and right side, then you flow through your vinyasa . Surya Namaskara B is a bit longer then Surya Namaskara A . (:
    Hope i helped !

This video is great. I do not appreciate you mentioning that you can use your knees if you lack arm strength. There are so many other parts of the Sun Salutes that are hard for me, but I have arm strength, though I’ve heard that possibility about one thousand times. Please give other types of hints for people who can’t do a correct sun salute, but who have arm strength.
