    I am a 25 year old male, 150 lbs dripping wet. My cholesterol is 270mg/l, probably due to antidepressants.

    My doc says that now that I’m off the meds, I ought to try and lower my cholesterol. I’ve changed my diet (more fibre) and have begun exercising more. Any idea how long it might take?
