    By this I mean, prediabetes, diabetes type 2, or only if the patient refuses to accept treatment?

    Also, my doc said I have slightly high blood sugar. I am only 20 years old and of average weight. Will my blood sugar always be above normal for the rest of my life? What can I do to lower it and get it back to normal?

    I’m trying to follow a new diet. I always say I’m going to change my diet and follow an anti anxiety diet because I get bad anxiety every now and then. Im on klonopin and paxil which usually works except for every now and then. My anxiety kicked in last friday night and I was feeling fine, just sleepy and it kicked in and i’ve felt on edge since. I noticed that I’ve been feeling cold a lot even when its warm in the building and I notice when my anxiety kicks in I feel cold a lot. I don’t know if its my low iron that makes my anxiety kick in or what. Im also on birth control pills and it says one of the things it helps with is anxiety. Anyway, I’m trying to follow this diet. How many days after I start following this diet can I feel calmer? flying to WI (hate flying) with my bf sunday. I think that might be causing some anxiety too.
