    I use the same techinque to clean my vagina patches and same way I clean dark elbow. I use lemon while I got for bath and sleep in the tub, remember to wash it off, if it give a burning sensation but will work always.

    Yes I used to have the same problem. But then it went away. You wanna know how??? well I started SCRUBBING on shower with the sponge on the knee. It helps getting the dry skin off. Then put some cocoa butter lotion. Do daily and you’ll see beautiful legs!!! I hope this really helped!

    You want to get rid of your knees and elbows. How you gonna walk and hold things. Just because you have dark joints you want to get rid of them and will become a lame. This is strictly prohibited. Its better to wear jeans to avoid friction.

    I had the same problem of black elbow, I applied besan (channa dal) flour mixed wth curd (slightly sour) n lemon mixed together to form a paste massage on ur knees n elbow for 10 to 15 min do it daily.

    I use this method to treat dark elbow. A mixture of these three will give you a skin whitening solution. In a gram of flour, add in 3 drops of lime and 2 tablespoons of milk. Apply this mixture on affected area. After 15 minutes, rinse it off with warm water. Do this treatment daily for one month, and once a week for the following months.
